STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 226...

* WIND...SOUTH WINDS 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 25 MPH THROUGH
  PASSES. LOCAL GUSTS TO 40 MPH ON SATURDAY THROUGH THE PASSES
  WEST OF THE TOK CUTOFF.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 15 PERCENT.

* TIMING...RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP BELOW 15 PERCENT BY 1 PM
  TODAY. RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL RECOVER ABOVE 15 PERCENT BY 
  10 PM AKDT TONIGHT...HOWEVER RECOVERY WILL BE LIMITED TO 
  AROUND 30 PERCENT AS WINDS CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT.
  RED FLAG CONDITIONS WILL RETURN BY 1 PM AKDT SATURDAY.
