* HIGHEST THREAT...NEAR ALASKA RANGE PASSES.

* WIND...SOUTH WINDS 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 25 MPH THROUGH 
  PASSES DEVELOPING THIS AFTERNOON. SOUTH WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH 
  WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH ON SATURDAY THROUGH THE PASSES.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 12 PERCENT.

* TIMING...RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP BELOW 15 PERCENT BY 1 PM 
  THIS AFTERNOON. RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL RECOVER ABOVE 15 
  PERCENT BY 10 PM AKDT TONIGHT. RED FLAG CONDITIONS WILL RETURN 
  AFTER NOON AKDT FRIDAY AS WINDS INCREASE AND RELATIVE 
  HUMIDITY LEVELS DROP.
