* COASTAL FLOODING...STORM SURGE AND TIDES WILL COMBINE TO RAISE
  SEA LEVELS 8 TO 10 FEET NEAR KOTLIK WITH 4 TO 6 FEET ABOVE
  NORMAL EXPECTED ELSEWHERE. EXPECT ADDITIONAL WAVE RUN UP ALONG 
  EXPOSED COASTLINES. 

* TIMING...STRONG WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP TUESDAY 
  MORNING WITH STORM SURGE PUSHING ONSHORE IN THE EVENING. 

* IMPACTS...MAJOR EROSION IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. WATER 
  WILL BE BACKED UP IN THE YUKON RIVER AND STORM SURGE WILL PUSH 
  WATER INTO LOW LYING AREAS. RESIDENTS SHOULD PREPARE NOW BY 
  MOVING BOATS AND OTHER VALUABLES WILL ABOVE THE NORMAL HIGH 
  TIDE LINE.
