* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Plan on areas of poor visibilities
  to create difficult travel conditions at times. Slight chance of
  Freezing Rain early this morning. Winds gusting as high as 45 
  mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.

chance of snow in the morning, then a slight chance of snow in
the afternoon. Visibility one mile or less at times in the
morning. Highs in the upper 20s to lower 30s. West winds 15 to
