* WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 40 MPH GUSTING TO 60 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE FROM THE SOUTHWEST SATURDAY MORNING
  AND CONDITIONS WILL RAPIDLY DETERIORATE AS THE WINDS CONTINUE TO
