THE FLOOD WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR

* THE COLVILLE RIVER DELTA

* THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.

* AS OF TUESDAY AFTERNOON...SNOWMELT AND RAIN HAVE SIGNIFICANT
  RISES OF THE WATER LEVEL ON THE COLVILLE RIVER AT UMIAT. AS OF
  YESTERDAY MORNING WATER WAS FLOWING THROUGH THE WESTERN PORTIONS
  OF THE DELTA...WITH ICE IN PLACE IN THE EASTERN CHANNEL. WATER
  LEVELS IN THE COLVILLE RIVER DELTA AREA WILL REMAIN HIGH THROUGH 
  THURSDAY MORNING.

* MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN LOW LYING AREAS OF THE COLVILLE 
  RIVER DELTA.
