STRONG WIND AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 223...

* HIGHEST THREAT...NEAR SOUTH OF BIRCH LAKE

* WIND...SOUTH WINDS GUSTING TO 25 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 10 PERCENT.

* TIMING...HUMIDITIES WILL RECOVER TO ABOVE 15 PERCENT BY 10
  PM AKDT THIS EVENING. HUMIDITIES WILL AGAIN FALL TO LESS THAN 
  15 PERCENT SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY 
  EVENING HOURS SUNDAY. 

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY. 
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
