* WAVES AND SURF...4 TO 9 FEET BREAKING NEAR SHORE.

* TIMING...SOUTH WINDS AND WAVES WILL INCREASE RAPIDLY SUNDAY
  MORNING WITH PEAK STORM SURGE SUNDAY EVENING.
