THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FAIRBANKS HAS ISSUED A BLIZZARD
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO MIDNIGHT
AKDT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. 

* LOCATION...MAINLY ABOVE 1000 FEET.

* VISIBILITY...NEAR ZERO IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* WINDS...WEST 35 TO 50 MPH.

* SNOW...5 TO 10 INCHES...HIGHEST EAST OF THE DALTON HIGHWAY.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN TONIGHT AND INCREASE WEDNESDAY
  MORNING...THEN TAPER OFF WEDNESDAY NIGHT. WINDS WILL INCREASE
  AFTER MIDNIGHT AND REMAIN STRONG THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY POOR AND SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE
  INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS SHOULD BE EXPECTED. TRAVEL AND
  OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES WILL BE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT.
