* WAVES AND SURF...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 25 KT WILL 
  GENERATE WAVES AS HIGH AS 7 TO 9 FEET NOT FAR OFFSHORE. WAVES 
  WILL DIMINISH SOME AS THEY BREAK ONSHORE. SEA LEVELS ARE 
  EXPECTED TO BE AS HIGH AS 1 FOOT ABOVE NORMAL. 

* TIMING...HIGH SURF IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN EARLY TUESDAY MORNING 
  AND CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY. HIGH SURF IS EXPECTED TO 
  DIMINISH SLOWLY WEDNESDAY NIGHT. 

* IMPACTS...LOCALIZED MINOR BEACH EROSION MAY OCCUR.
