less at times. Snow accumulation around 1 inch. Lows 5 to 10
above. Northeast winds 5 to 15 mph becoming east after midnight.
Near Cape Lisburne, northwest winds around 15 mph increasing to
around 25 mph with gusts to 50 mph late in the night.
