LOW HUMIDITY FOR THE COPPER RIVER BASIN...

* 20 FT WINDS...SOUTH WINDS 5 TO 15 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON AND 
  EVENING HOURS THROUGH FRIDAY.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AROUND 15 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING HOURS TODAY AND FRIDAY RECOVERING ABOVE 50 PERCENT BY
  MIDNIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE 70S.

* TIMING...HUMIDITIES ARE EXPECTED TO FALL TO CRITICAL VALUES 
  DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS THROUGH FRIDAY. SOUTH
