THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JUNEAU HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM
WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY EVENING THROUGH SUNDAY
AFTERNOON. 

* TIMING...SNOW WILL START SATURDAY EVENING ALONG THE OUTER COAST
  SPREADING EAST AND SOUTH THROUGH SUNDAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF. 

* MAIN IMPACT...4 TO 10 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION POSSIBLE.

* OTHER IMPACTS...THE FIRST SIGNIFICANT SNOW OF THE SEASON MAY
  RESULT IN DRIVING PROBLEMS FOR LARGER COMMUNITIES.

A WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
