TO -1F. THIS MARKS A NEW RECORD FOR THE LATEST DATE
IN BETHEL TEMPERATURES HAVE FALLEN BELOW ZERO FOR THE
FIRST TIME. THE PERIOD OF RECORD FOR WEATHER OBSERVATIONS
