THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE A CONCERN FOR MARINERS IN COOK INLET THROUGH
THE BARREN ISLANDS AND KACHEMAK BAY TODAY. STORMS WILL INITIATE
OVER HIGHER ELEVATIONS IN THE ALASKA RANGE AND WILL MOVE OVER THE
COOK INLET WATERS THIS AFTERNOON BETWEEN 1PM AND 7PM. MARINERS
SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TODAY INCLUDING STRONG
AND ERRATIC WINDS...LIGHTNING...AND HIGH SEAS.
