2ND...AND MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES WERE AT OR BELOW FREEZING FOR 14 DAYS DURING THE 
MONTH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE OBSERVED WAS -2 DEGREES. THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE WAS 
EQUAL TO OR BELOW FREEZING FOR MOST OF THE MONTH. 0.20 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS 
RECORDED DURING THE MONTH...OR ABOUT 14% OF THE NORMAL VALUE. MOST OF THE 
PRECIPITATION RECEIVED DURING THE MONTH WAS IN THE FORM OF SNOW...OBSERVED ON 13
