THE MONTH OF JULY FOR ANNETTE ISLAND, AK WAS A SLIGHTLY WETTER AND WARMER MONTH
THAN NORMAL FOR THE AREA. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE REACHED WAS 88F (DEGREES
FAHRENHEIT) OFF BY JUST 1 DEGREE F FOR THE RECORD SET BACK IN 1976 OF 89F. THE
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE WAS 50F WHICH IS A LITTLE FAR FROM THE RECORD OF 40F. THERE
WERE ABOUT 5 MORE WARMING DAYS IN WHICH THE TEMPERATURE REACHED AT LEAST 70F OR
MORE THAN THE AVERAGE FOR THE MONTH. THE AREA ALSO INDURED 3 INCHES MORE RAINFALL
THAN USUAL, BUT NO FROZEN PRECIPITATION WHATSOEVER, WHICH IS NOTHING UNUSUAL.
OTHER THAN THAT, THE REST OF THE BOARD INCLUDING WIND, WAS ABOUT AVERAGE.
