DURING THE MONTH OF MAY THERE WAS HIGHER THAN AVERAGE TEMPERATURES WITH THE DAILY 
HIGH TEMPERATURES BEING 9.1 DEGREES WARMER THAN NORMAL. ASSOCIATED WITH THE WARMER 
TEMPERATURES SEVERAL RECORDS WERE BROKEN THIS MONTH FOR DAILY HIGH TEMPERATURES AS 
WELL AS DAILY HIGH MINIMUM TEMPERATURES. AS FAR AS PRECIPITATION IS CONCERNED IT 
WAS A SLIGHTLY WETTER MONTH RECEIVING .24 MORE RAIN THAN NORMAL. IN ADDITION WE HAD 
0.0 SNOWFALL FOR THIS MONTH , LOWER THAN THE NORMAL 1.2 INCHES , PARTIALLY DUE TO 
THE ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES.
